Sports Basement Waiver (You only need to fill this form out one time, and it will be used for all of our dance events at Sports Basement. So, if you filled it out for the March 24 class, no need to do it again!)

Explore the mind-body connection, decrease stress, increase mental and physical fitness (resilience, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, memory), and become part of our community while exploring a variety of somatic, fitness, and dance modalities. Activities include chair and standing yoga, Tai Chi Chih, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, breathing exercises, light weight lifting, modified ballet barre, mindful movement, seated meditation, and more. Each class includes a short talk about a topic based on feedback from students. Let me know if you have a topic you would like to have discussed.

Join me as I return to my first love in dance!
We’ll build fitness and skill, learn dance sequences, explore the elements of dance, and create original works together. Open to anyone who likes to move and enjoys working with others. No dance experience needed.
Designed for older adults. Adults of all ages are welcome.

Free parking in the lot on the premises. Please note that the parking lot has an uneven asphalt surface, and there are 11 stairs to enter/exit the building, or one can use an uneven path with a slight incline.
