30th Street Senior Center - Free 10-Week Session

225 - 30th Street, between Dolores & Church, SF. Classes will take place in the beautiful garden at the center. If the weather is too cold or rainy, we will move the class indoors.

 About the Class

This "Short & Sweet" class consists of 40 minutes per week, which is a "do-able" amount of time for many people as each class lasts only 20 minutes. This translates to 24 weeks of attendance to meet the 16 hour dosage found effective in studies mentioned at the top of this page. Benefits may be felt after each class and can be expected to grow over time with consistent practice.
