•Chair Yoga,7-7:20pm. Mostly seated, short & sweet.
Zoom Thursdays
• Mindful Cardio, 9-9:45am. Warm-up, cardio, cool down, stretch. (Summer pilot project)
• Bone Fitness, 10-10:45am. Exercise and discussion. (Summer pilot project)
• Yoga, 1-2pm. Warm-up/Poses/Relaxation/Breathing/Meditation. (Summer pilot project)
• Tai Chi for Osteoporosis, 6:30-6:50pm. Qigong & Chen Style. (New)
• Chair Yoga, 7-7:20pm. With some standing poses.
